Pure heliskiing. Nothing but the descent.
This is heliskiing in its purest form — no skins, no climbing, no earning your turns. Just the helicopter, your guide, and run after run of untracked Arctic powder. The moment you reach the bottom, the helicopter is already there to lift you back to the top for the next line.
The Troll Peninsula is one of the last great untouched ski frontiers on earth — a vast, largely unexplored wilderness in Northern Iceland where the mountains rise straight out of the sea. You ski from summits all the way down to the shoreline of the North Atlantic, with no lift lines, no crowds, and often no tracks but your own.
Ski beneath the midnight sun in spring, or chase the Northern Lights in early season. Powder, spring corn, untouched lines — guided every run by IFMGA-certified guides who have skied this peninsula their whole lives. And at night, a hot tub, a sauna, and a 4-star ocean-front room waiting in the fishing village of Siglufjörður.
A typical day
Your day is measured in vertical feet, not runs. We aim for around 15,000 ft a day — roughly 7–8 long descents — though great conditions can mean far more (our record is 19 runs in a single day). Each morning the helicopter lifts you into fresh terrain; you ski top to bottom, and within minutes you're climbing again. Lunch is somewhere spectacular along the way. The only thing limiting your day is your legs.
60,000 ft of vertical skiing over four days. No lifts, no lines, no skinning — just the helicopter and the descent.
